The mind and body are inextricably linked and it pays to look after both. I have put together a list of recommended ways/places/activities to promote peace and well being:

Massage Therapy:

Try the Health Club Spa at The Milestone Hotel, in Kensington run by Fiona Keane. The spa offers all the facilities you could want, and is rated for its therapeutic treatments. A 60-minute hot stone massage costs approx £108.00

Elemis Day Spa. 2-3 Lancashire Court, London W1S 1EX. Just off Bond Street. One of its bestsellers is the visible brilliance facial. £117.50 for 75 mins.

Laughter – the best medicine: (sense of humour keeps me sane!)
