Your wedding day should be one of the happiest days of your life. But what happens when it doesn’t go exactly as you envisioned? You’ll likely be meditating in a semi-private area such as a dressing room or hotel room. To amp up the relaxing atmosphere, bring your favorite candles or essential oils for an aromatherapy experience.

Another important technique to help you stay positive on your wedding day is to let go of the things you can’t control. With an event as big as a wedding, you can expect that some things will not go as planned. From unruly family members to difficulties with the venue or caterer, you have to prepare yourself to breathe through the problems and realize that you can’t control everything.
