Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has beneficial nutrients like acetic acid, folic acid, vitamins B1, B2 and B6, potassium, iron, and magnesium. As a bonus, apple cider vinegar has powerful antioxidants called polyphenols to help you fight signs of aging!

Try adding a shot of apple cider vinegar to your detox teas or make a delicious salad dressing. Get creative and find ways to introduce a little apple cider vinegar into your diet every day!

Liver Cleanse

Your liver is an important organ that often goes underappreciated. Its whole function is to filter out toxins from your blood. So, from time to time, you should clean out the filter and detox your liver!

To detox your liver swap out processed foods, hydrogenated oils, sugar, and alcohol for plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Also begin taking supplements that contain liver detoxifying herbs like milk thistle, turmeric, and dandelion root. You can also buy prepared liver detox teas wherever you find diet supplements.

Liver detox plans can include herbal tea, capsules, or powders that you add to your meals. Any of these methods are as good as the others, so feel free to mix and match them to give you more variety in your diet. As with any major change in diet, consult your doctor to make sure your diet plan won’t cause more harm than good.

Detox Tea

The most common detox plan is a cleansing detox tea, brewed with hot water and imbibed right away. It’s a convenient way to get all your detoxifying benefits for the day in a cup or two of delicious hot tea!
