Discover the Surprising Science Behind Why Everything You Know About Relationships Is (Mostly) Wrong

Hi! I’m Mandy and I offer face-to-face and online therapy from Guildford

If you are struggling and need someone to help you understand why things are going wrong, need guidance in your relationships, or are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and/or depression, I can certainly help you explore whatever is troubling you.

We will work as a team, and together you will hopefully feel less alone in what you are experiencing. You’ll gain self-awareness and find practical ways to improve your quality of life. I offer support, a friendly ear, and an open-minded, non-judgemental ‘therapy space’ to help you unpick your problems, find solutions and make effective and long-lasting change.

Successful therapy isn’t about qualifications alone, it’s also about empathy, excellent people skills, and the ability to put others at ease.

After trying a few counsellors, I was very pleased to find Mandy. A straight forward no-nonsense approach that has helped me sort my life out.
