be assertive – healthy boundaries. get rid of inner frustration. express yourself. don’t sit with stuff

be true to yourself

stop people-pleasing

be generous with time and money. do things for others. look beyond yourself. selfish people are mostly unhappy people.

know your worth and act accordingly. have sense of humour though. don’t take yourself too seriously. that just ends in bitterness and anger.

live according to your values

be open-minded and tolerant of others. flexible thinking!

enjoy a work-life balance

set short terms goals, dont be afraid of failure and be persistent. Self compassion when things get tough or you face set-backs. Accept failure and rejection as a part of life – rubbish but necessary and congratulate yourself for facing the ups and downs of life. You are living not avoiding and when its all over you can laugh at the craziness instead of wonder what could have been.
